How It Works
Share your code
Grab your unique referral code from your SciTech booking confirmation email and send it to a friend who has never been to SciTech before.
They book their place
Your friend heads over to our booking page. After they enter their child’s information on the form, the Discount Code section will appear.
Enter code & save
They just need to type your unique code into the box, as shown in the image below, to instantly take £50 off their total!
Get your refund
Once their booking is confirmed and verified by our team, we will process your £50 refund. Please note: this can take 3 to 5 working days to appear in your account, but it usually happens the same day.
Terms & Conditions
To keep things fair and accurate, our referral scheme relies on a few simple rules:
- New families only. The family using the referral code must be entirely new to SciTech. Every referral booking is automatically verified against our historical database. If a code is used by a returning family, the discount and subsequent refund will be voided.
- Referrer eligibility. To qualify for the £50 refund, you must have an active, paid booking for Summer SciTech 2026. This promotion is not applicable if your child’s place is funded via a free or sponsored place code. However, you can still absolutely share your code with a new family to save them £50 on their booking!
- No self-referral. You cannot refer yourself, multiple children within the same immediate household, or legal dependants.
- One code per booking. Only one referral code can be applied per new family booking.
- Refund timing. While refunds are typically processed the same day the new family completes their booking, please allow 3 to 5 working days for the funds to clear and officially appear in your bank account.
- Cancellations. If either you or the family you referred cancel your booking prior to the start of the event, any eligible cancellation refund will be issued minus the £50 referral discount or refund amount.
- Fair use. Our referral scheme is offered in good faith, and the vast majority of families use it exactly as intended. Thank you! However, if the scheme is abused or the rules set out above are broken (for example, by using a code for a returning family or by providing inaccurate information), we reserve the right to cancel the affected bookings. In these cases, any refund will be issued minus 15% of the total amount paid, to cover the administrative costs involved.
